Sample: Dustwren inquiry automations
This is a sample, not client work. Dustwren is a made-up cleaning company, and we wrote the brief ourselves.
The brief
The owner answers every inquiry by hand, writes each quote from scratch, and has no quick view of how the week went.
What we'd make
One automation would sort new inquiries by area and job type and draft a quote from the price list. A second automation would send a short report every Monday with the week's inquiries, quotes, and bookings.
Why we'd do it this way
- Every draft quote would wait for the owner's review, because it goes to a customer and the prices are the owner's call.
- The sorting would run alongside the owner's for a few weeks, so they can check it before it takes over.
- The report would arrive by email, so the owner sees the week without opening another tool.
What we'd measure
Time from inquiry to quote, how often the owner edits a draft, and how many quotes turn into bookings.
