Sample project: how we'd take a made-up meditation app from its first screens to a store listing and preview video.

Keywords, listing text, screenshots, and preview video that help people find your app in both stores and install it.
ASO (app store optimization) is the work on your store listing that helps people find your app in the App Store and Google Play and decide to install it. It covers the words the stores search, such as the title, the subtitle or short description, and keywords. It also covers the parts people judge by eye: screenshots and the preview video.
We do ASO for teams launching an app who want the listing ready on day one, and for apps already in the stores that get few installs from search.
Not as a studio. We're new, so there's no client listing to show yet. The sample projects show how we'd plan one, from keyword research to the screenshots and preview video.
Yes. The App Store has a 30-character subtitle and a 100-character keyword field that people don't see. Google Play has no keyword field and reads the words in your listing, descriptions included. So we write each store's listing separately.
Before your first store submission, if you can. Keyword research, listing text, screenshots, and a preview video take time to make and approve, and starting early means the listing is ready on launch day. If your app is already in the stores, we start by reviewing the current listing.
No. Each store decides its own rankings. We improve the parts of the listing you control and test changes, so you can see which version brings more installs.
